Toronto School of Music Canada 

The Toronto School of Music International Opera Center is proud to offer an opera training program directed to those who already possess a vocal degree, diploma or an equivalent. This is not a diploma program, and is for those who have a true passion towards opera and would like to gain experience and perfect their skills through further study. 

This Opera Training Program offers personal and concentrated attention in acting, languages, role preparation, movement, and historic styles.  Voice Lessons and Master Classes are provided weekly.

Each singer admitted into the course will be given opportunities to participate and showcase their talents during the season with public performances throughout Toronto and Canada.  

All classes will take place at the Toronto School of Music Canada Opera Studio at the North York campus.

Note: Each lesson is $80 for the 2 hour session which is held weekly.

This course is concentrated on German Lieder and Art Songs from various composers and languages.

Vocal diction

This course provides singers with the knowledge of producing proper pronunciations of various languages in singing.
